Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
